Technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. Tech was not knowledgeable of the service he was there for. I ordered the $79 tune of special and tech was ready to charge me a trip fee. He adjusted based on my word and that made me feel better.

Living in Florida for many years, I know how important it is to have your A/C serviced. So, I purchased a service/maintenance program with John Cassidy. Just like everyone else, I tend to forget to schedule those kinds of appointments. But, no worries! John Cassidy's in-house team called to let me know that I was due for a service, and we put a date on the calendar! The day of the appointment, their technician called me to confirm and gave a 15-minute window! He arrived on time, was thorough, and even shared some great tips! I rarely write reviews, but my experience with John C. Cassidy warrants clear feedback. From start to finish, the service was extremely disappointing and poorly managed. In mid-December, a technician inspected an issue with a valve connection in our laundry box and provided a quote with two service options. I approved the quote the following day so the required parts could be ordered while I was out of the country. After returning, I contacted the office to schedule the installation and was told they would confirm with the parts department and call me back. No one did. After following up again three days later and re-explaining the situation, I was informed that the quote had never been approved in their system. By then it was already early January. What a great company! We have had John C. Cassidy on a maintenance contract on our AC unit the past several years. Every time they came out they were timely, professional and reasonable. Today we used them for the first time for a plumbing issue and once again, it was a great experience. Jack was very informative, he quickly took care of our problem and the fees were reasonable. We highly recommend John C. Cassidy for any of your AC or plumbing needs!
