John F. O'Brien Roofing replaced the roof on our house in Cambridge -- shingles, flashing, drip edge, re-leading chimneys, etc. John is very easy to deal with, straightforward, knows his business inside and out. His crew is highly experienced (a couple of them have been with him for 25 years). They have their teamwork totally together; they work efficiently and with care. Major improvement in the appearance of the house. It's important to point out that they are diligent in cleaning up the massive amount of debris that is part of the process of roofing. Price of the job was exactly as John estimated, and his price was far more reasonable than that of a competitor who also gave us a bid. I would recommend his company without hesitation.

I had a great experience with John and his Roofing Company. The quote was very reasonable and less than other local Waltham roofers. John personally came to examined my roof for an estimate. The foreman and his workers were pleasant and timely, and did a great job on clean up. They installed a roof/attic solar powered ventilation fan for the house which immediately cooled the house down. Great, efficient, reasonable, tidy job. I would hire them again.

John communicated promptly, listened well, and once we gave him the green light, he obtained permits and started the work in less than a week. His crew was very respectful, professional, and paid attention to detail. The foreman pointed out a few issues they spotted along the way and explained how they could fix them. We are very pleased with the service, quality of work, and plan to hire John for additional projects in the near future.

John and his workers did a great job at a good price. They replaced my roof quickly. They also left the whole yard cleaner than when they started. Very easy to deal with and professional. I would recommend them based on my experience.

John and his crew were all I could have hoped for. They were thorough and high quality. His crew reroofed our 8 condo association about 5 years ago and there has not been one issue. I have had experience with other roof repair before I found John, and it was hit and miss. Highly recommended.
