YIKES-- This place has gone downhill!! I had a good experience with a salesperson (Laura) on a big order I placed a couple of years ago and just placed another order recently. (No Laura this time.) This time however, i had THE WORST customer service experience-- from ordering to the delivery --- just awful!!! Current sales people are snarky and condescending! Owner only concerned about getting your money-- Buyer Beware!! You'd think a locally-owned small business would appreciate and treat their local people better than the big-box stores. If I wasn't on a time-crunch and hadn't already waited weeks for my stone to come in (or didn't need that specific stone brand that only they carry in this area) I would've canceled the order due to the way my order was handled, and how rudely I was spok

The best place to shop for thin brick and stone we looked other places but the JOHN H. BLACK Company had the best selection and a great lady that has a vast knowledge of the product line and was a pleasure to work with
