Of the 3 contractors I met with for a primary bathroom remodel, John Jacobs was the best. John and his assistant, Brandy, listened to my needs and offered some ideas. I felt confident that the job would be done right. The team that performed the work was professional, responsive and always cleaned up after the day’s work. Tile people were fantastic. Office staff always responded in a timely manner to any questions or concerns. I especially want to mention Brandy. She was extremely helpful and always found a way to solve any issues that arose. I love my new bathroom. I would recommend John Jacobs. I would use them for all my future needs.

I contacted this company for a bathroom remodeling service and had a very upsetting experience. One of the workers, Brian, behaved in a disgusting and extremely unprofessional way. His attitude was disrespectful, he smelled strongly of marijuana, and seemed more interested in making TikTok videos than doing the job. I later found information suggesting he has a criminal background, which makes this situation even more disturbing. Companies sending workers into people’s homes should take responsibility for who they hire. I am extremely disappointed and angry with this company. When I hire a service, I expect professionalism and respect, not behavior like this.

I hired this company for a home remodeling service and had a very disturbing experience with one of their workers, who introduced himself as Brian. His behavior made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe in my own home. After the visit, I discovered information indicating he has a history related to sexual offenses. Had I known this beforehand, I would never have allowed him into my home or hired this company. This was one of the most uncomfortable service experiences I’ve ever had. Companies that send workers into people’s homes should properly screen who they employ.

We interviewed 3 contractors about remodeling our main bath including replacing a tub with a shower. John Jacobs and Kelly came by promptly and spent alot of time measuring, giving ideas and listening to ours. The end result is high quality workmanship, on time craftsmen, and on budget. Would call on them for any remodeling in the future.

My Mom had her bathroom remodeled. Every person that came to the house and worked on the bathroom was very respectful and cleaned up after themselves. The bathroom turned out beautiful. I highly recommend John Jacobs Construction.
