I called John Lock because of a heating issue with our furnace . They returned my call with a quick response, eager to help. A friendly technician came in a reasonable amount of time, serviced the furnace quickly, and we are warm once again! I would highly recommend John Lock for your heating and cooling concerns! They are knowledgeable, dependable, honest, and fair.

I have the annual service membership and had two checks during 2025 (one summer for AC and one winter for furnace) which were both just replaced by John Lock in April of 2025. They performed a clean/regular service check and tested that the temperature was properly changing / the system were running as they should when the temperature was increased. They are always extremely quick and professional! They also are flexible with my last minute schedule changes with work and they ALWAYS prioritize those who lose heat/AC! Also with the membership I don’t pay for the maintenance checks!

We have used their services twice now. Everyone is so honest, trying to work to keep our old furnaces working and Chris really takes the time to talk over options. No pressure. When we did replace our furnaces (we have 2 in our home) the workers are always so friendly and kind. They work to be considerate with life at home with working from home, having kids, and a dog. We highly recommend them.

We had NO heat on one of the coldest days of the year. Although John Lock HVAC was swamped all day, Brennon still made an emergency service call, and he worked late (beyond normal business hours) until the situation was rectified. They even inconvenienced themselves to have him return the next day (during another busy business day) to ensure everything was working safely, as needed (just before the New Year’s Holiday). I appreciate his ability to fix my dirty old boiler, the patience & understanding needed to fully satisfy…all without mentioning replacement. We were (pleasantly) surprised the technician can just do his job without any “high pressure sales tactics” we’ve come to expect. I will call them again in the future to schedule more routine service visits, as needed—when we’re not in

John and Lock have been servicing my heating and air conditioning unit for decades. The previous owner of my home also was a customer of John and Lock. I have referred them to family members and we're all very much satisfied with their professional, reasonable, fairness, etc. service. I highly recommend John and Lock service.
