John McNally Plumbing

I was so thrilled when I called McNally Plumbing on a Saturday. Someone actually answered the phone. I explained my issue and was told to meet them at the site at a certain time and date. Then my disappointment came to reality. Appointment was set for 9:00 am. We waited until 9:30 am. No phone call. I called to confirm appointment. I originally talked to Mike. The gentlemen I talked to today did not identify himself and told me if I wanted to get another plumber, please do so. I told him I would like to remain with McNally and was told Mike would definitely be at the jobsite. No phone call. I left another message at approximately 4:48 pm. It is now 8:21 pm. We have used this company before and they were great. We need a new plumber for a different leak now. We called on a Friday and they answered and said they'd be there on Monday morning at 8:30. We waited all day and no one showed up. We called at 4:30 that day and they said they'd come Tuesday at 10 am. Again, no one showed up and no one called. I'm not sure where the disconnect is but we have a plumbing emergency and based on our previous transaction, we trusted that we'd be in good hands.

I have lived in the Mount Dora area since 1998. I have used McNally plumbing before years ago. I just recently had a toilet that would not flush. I used a plunger and got it to empty but the water just kept spinning in the bowl, wouldn't flush. I googled mount dora plumbers and McNally was one of the top 3. I called and I think Mr. McNally answered, I told him the problem and he asked what day can we come out? I said, how about tomorrow at 8? His technician arrived promptly and checked inflow and outflow (I am a surgeon) and had a new toilet installed and working perfectly by 1030am for less than I expected. I was impressed and that's not easy.

Called and spoke to Mr McNally. Told him my issues and he said he would have someone come out in few hours. Mike showed up and was able to fix the clog, he was also a cool dude to chat with. Great guys and got the job done! Thanks again.

Wonderful company! Came out the same day we called. The job required a second day visit and they arrived on time, payed close attention to the small details, and were very professional. Highly recommend this company. Mike was our plumber.
