John Romans Construction

We are remodeling our mudroom in several phases. We interviewed multiple companies and settled on. John Romans Construction. They were chosen because they submitted a bid in a timely fashion, answered questions in a timely fashion, and presented a reasonable price for the first phase of the reconstruction, which was removing cedar planking all along the walls and ceiling, install installing new windows and rebuilding one wall due to damage and the desire to remove windows from that wall. The project was completed in a timely fashion, and right on budget. Communication was great through throughout the project. I have chosen to continue working with John Romans Construction for phase 2 of my mudroom remodel, which will include semi-custom Cabinetry and shelving. Five stars!

We decided to work with JRC because they were doing extensive work on a neighbor's house, and I was impressed with what I saw. John and his crew helped us complete an exterior overhaul on our home, and I could not be more pleased with it. Just prior to contacting JRC, a differnt company took advantage of us as first time home buyers and overcharged while also underdelivering on their roof repairs. From the beginning, John made us feel comfortable by reassuring us that he and his company will take care of us. He was able to take all of the items on our list and make them into a reality. I use to dislike the exterior of the house, but now I think it is the best looking house in the neighborhood. Beyond being stilled craftsmen, Bill and Josh are just great humans. John was one of the few contractors who genuinely listened to our needs and came up with proactive solutions to solve our space. Listening to him walk through what was necessary, it became clear that his knowledge set is extensive and he is up to speed on all necessary permits, parameters and codes. Beyond his work, his team did an excellent job in a timely manner working within our budget. The design team, electricians, carpenters were all efficient, professional and hard working. I would recommend using him for future projects.

Our experience with John Romans Construction was excellent all the way around. We had them install a cedar fence around our yard, and John was extremely knowledgeable, personable and involved throughout the process. The installation team was very friendly and flexible. The cost of the project was fair with numerous other quotes that we received. The delivery and completion time was quicker than I expected. The quality and design of the fence is excellent, and we have received numerous compliments since it has been installed! I would highly recommend them, and we are already have another project scheduled!
