Because we are selling our 80 yr old home, we had a small list of repairs/upgrades we needed, which we had sent to Kay Electric in advance. Joe arrived prepared to bang'em all out. And he did. He allowed me to give him a tour of the home, pointing out the work that was needed. Joe then explained in detail exactly what he was going to do and how long it will take him.
