Ana is a miracle worker! Our home was immaculate when she finished. We loved that she polished our wooden surfaces and left adorable extras, like folding our toilet paper into hearts. The price was perfect and worth every penny. We will definitely be using this company again!

As far as the actual service itself, I was very pleased. The house and all appliances were cleaned well. The one issue I had was the timeliness of getting done. MaidSquadPro said to clean my house would take either 3 hours with one cleaner or 1.5 hours with two. They sent 2 cleaners who started at 11 am. At 12:15 as I was walking back to my place with the expectation they’d be wrapping up, I got a text saying they needed more time. My options were to have them stop at the agreed upon time and leave the job unfinished or pay for an additional 30 minutes so they could finish the job. I sold my house and was paying for it to be professionally cleaned. If they stopped, I would have to finish cleaning it myself. That defeats the purpose of hiring someone. I do not recommend. I recently hired this cleaning service, was quoted a base price of $293. After arrival, additional charges of $100 for dishes and $70 for the fridge were added. Only one cleaner was sent without knowing the size of my apartment, which has a small kitchen and living room combo , and a very small bathroom. The rest of the rooms are fairly nice-sized. Despite noting I needed organization help, it was only mentioned as a light service after I raised concerns about the time taken. Six hours later, only the kitchen and bathroom were cleaned, and I was charged nearly $500. The owner claimed I didn’t have things moved, but the kitchen and bathroom didn’t have any additional clutter—they were actually the easiest rooms to clean.
