good parking, very close to the main parts of annapolis

I was charged 5x more than the sign said I would pay for the time block I was in. When I contacted management he claimed that everyone receives the max daily rate if a car is parked between the time blocks listed on the sign. Time blocks change at 4pm. I told him there was nothing on the sign to indicate that. He agreed that there was no such indication, and said to add that information would make the "sign too long." I asked him how a patron was supposed to know about this surprise charge. He replied that I would be charged the daily rate (customers are just supposed to divine that they will be charged whatever management wants without being told). The daily rate was nearly double the price of the two time blocks combined. Management cannot write a sign, read a sign, nor add up numbers on

Normal parking garage with lots of space to park. It was $1.25 an hour. The entrance can be a bit hard to find since Google maps takes you to a different side of the building, but you have to make a couple turns around the block. Dark and dingy with low ceilings but I think that's just how most garages are. One of the nicer ones in Annapolis and I'll use this one again when I come back in the future.

Clean but tight parking. Rates are fair compared to similar places in the state. Accessible to public places.
