Johnny Tsunami Exterior Cleaning

Excellent roof cleaning of two church buildings, both fairly steeply pitched, as well as exterior brick walls and tower, courtyard, and sidewalk surfaces, and partial parking lot. Great onsite communication with Mike and Shawn, and others, all hard workers.

My roof had a lot of moss and my gutters were clogged. I called Johnny Tsunami and after accepting their estimate the came out the next day. Alex S., the tech who came out was GREAT. He was so nice, professional and knowledgeable. He was also very thorough and spent several hours on my roof. He share the before and after pictures of my roof and I was very happy with the results. My only negative complaint is the cost, because it went up more than expected in the 3 years when I had the same thing done. However, it's worth it because the cost is still cheaper that having to replace the roof if I didn't get the treament done. Over all they did a good job and I would use them and recommend them to others.

Roof came out ok however I wish they would have cleaned up the debris from roof cleaning. I had to go out and hose off and pick up pieces of moss. Also the windows didn’t look good at all, streaky and spotted. Disappointed for the price! Update: they came back and picked up debris and rewashed windows! Looks great now! Thanks so much

Michael was great. Very infomative, worked hard and safely. He also gave helpful suggestions for future house maitenance. The clean up was perfect and now will see how well it lasts with proper maintence that I signed up for before roof needs another soft wash for moss. Price was much higher than I expected compared to previous soft washings but did not price it this year to know the impact of inflation.

I had my interior and exterior windows and sliding glass doors cleaned yesterday and am extremely pleased with the results. Ty J. did a fabulous job. He arrived on time, was friendly, courteous and professional. I will be hiring them again to do my siding and deck cleaning. I highly recommend Ty and Johnny Tsunami.
