I love that when I opened my front door I was met with a very friendly and smiling home inspector named Oscar Jarquin! I felt very comfortable having Oscar in my house. He was very thorough and respectful. Our house is still fairly new so he didn't really find anything that was of concern, but he checked the entire house, including the outside, and did a great job! 100% would have this team do any future home inspections. Oscar and Justin were friendly, timely, and thorough. Oscar went over every finding in detail and even told us how we could take care of some of the smaller things ourselves instead of hiring it out. Justin sat nearby and kept our daughter entertained while Oscar went over the findings so I was actually able to follow along with what Oscar was saying. I’m not sure if that was something he did consciously but it was greatly appreciated!
