We love our new windows! They feel more solid and weather tight than windows we had installed last year with someone else. It was freezing the day they worked but they still got all the old windows out and new installed. Foam, exterior caulk and trim was finished the next day when it was warmer. The crew was very courteous and friendly to work with. Johnny and Dan did a great job of communicating through the process. We highly recommend Window Depot in Harriman TN!

I highly recommend Johnny and his team for not only windows and doors, but also exterior deck work. When they began work on the deck, they notice more rotting than originally anticipated, and relayed that the deck needed to be a complete rebuild. They were extremely professional in relaying this information, and were quick to revise my estimate. The Foreman and crew did an outstanding job with attention to detail, and the custom work we requested. We’re extremely happy with the doors they replaced as well. If you are looking for honest, dependable work, give Johnny and his team a shot at earning your business.

Window Depot of East TN was absolutely phenomenal to work with. I have a fixer upper that needed all new windows. This house was a train wreck, and I didn't even know where to begin. Johnny was super considerate and took his time explaining all my options. I chose the more expensive of the options, one because they are, well, beautiful & two I believed they’d be worth the cost in the long run. In the end my home now looks absolutely beautiful, and the installation process went off without a hitch, the grounds were left neat, tidy, and the windows were impeccable. I have been right so far! These new windows have my air conditioning unit running far more efficiently than before! I cannot recommend them enough, I never thought I would brag about windows much less a window company!
