March, 2023 I called John to see if he would be able to go to my daughter’s home to repair her washer and dryer. He was very quick to get her scheduled repairs completed and went above and beyond to help her during a very difficult time. John’s Appliance is very busy and has a lot of seriously devoted, long term customers. New customers who expect immediate service may be disappointed; however, he is worth the wait. He has always provided great service. His hours are like any other business, those who call at night or on weekends will not get an answer.
