We have used John's Flooring for all of our rental property. They have a great selection, friendly staff, professional installers, and the best prices.

Mark was very helpful with picking out a mattress for our daughter. He showed us their selection and knowing it was for her, he built rapport with our daughter who is normally shy around strangers getting her to try the beds and give her opinion. The pricing was great and he helped us get it loaded. I will definitely be back!

I have had great service every time we have used them. Alex allowed me to take multiple samples home, which was very helpful. He came out to do the measurements and set me up with an install date. Billy and Travis completed the project and my husband and I couldn’t be happier. John’s Flooring is our go to place and I would highly recommend them to anyone!!

We were able to meet the sales staff, his son who did the estimate and TJ and Bill that did the install. They came in below what I had estimated what the cost would have been as well as remove the previous carpet and prep the floor for the LVP install. They were EXTREMELY clean with the entire process and were able to get started and finished before others could even give us a time. The finish with the trim around existing bases and stairs matched perfectly and we have an extra box in case there is a problem with a color match later. We cannot say enough about how great this was, We would leave a 7 of 5 stars if that was possible. Our dogs might argue with us since they are still getting accustomed to no carpet. They are also local so we were able to keep our money within franklin county a
