Ben made it up my long, steep, snow- covered driveway w/o blinking an eye. He worked on my furnace and explained what he did throughly and efficiently. I felt so relieved, as tomorrow is supposed to be almost zero degrees. Ben was great and I am confident in Lakebrink...I'm glad I found them..
