I have been working with John for over ten years. He is honest, reliable and does excellent work. I have several rental homes and John takes care of them all.

John did a great job staining my fence. Color is uniform, and he knew that he'd need to wash off the old stain and let the fence dry instead of putting stain on a wet fence (a few other places that cost more seemed to want to do it all at once, which would have decreased the setting of the stain if I understand correctly). He was willing to work with me on price and I felt not only was he the best deal, he understood the job requirements the best and did an excellent job.

Called to fix under the sink board and to install a faucet. Poor communication with contractor and not telling us he was having another separate person do the faucet, someone we tried to contract earlier with no response. When I said we prefer someone else do faucet, he said he quit and walked out on entire job.

John did an excellent job painting. The interior of my house. I will call him back when it’s time to do the upstairs. Very satisfy with job done. Highly recommend him to anyone.

John painted our new to us home before we moved in and lates new flooring as well. He did it in a timely manner and did excellent work. We were so happy with the house when we moved in. Thank you John!
