We will be opening next month.. but we have had issues with our cooler since before this new owner has taken over this location.. I'm talking years of issues. Eric and Marco came in as techs with the company and they were amazing from the start! Not only did they fix the issues with our walk-in cooler and freezer that were here when I was the manager of the previous LLC.. but they also came back to make sure the temp was set correctly for our freezer when they were unaware that it needed to be set at freezer temp instead of cooler temp. These guys answered all my questions and went out of their way on multiple occasions to address my concerns and to inform me of things to look out for in the future.
