ZAP has by far been the best HVAC company we've worked with in the area. We needed to get a whole home dehumidifier installed and we got multiple quotes from different companies and ZAP stands out for being the most professional, straightforward, and friendly team to work with. Caleb in particular has been a pleasure, going above and beyond to help us understand what would need to be done to address our moisture/airflow issue. Thank you to Zap and technician, Tucker for the wonderful customer service and quick response time! My Mom's thermostat was stuck and her HVAC wouldn't cut off, from the time of me calling Zap and the time Tucker got there was less than an hour total, he was super nice and very communicative. We'd highly recommend Zap for all your HVAC needs! Also very reasonably priced especially for what most would consider holiday hours. Thank y'all again!
