Our septic tanks needed clean out. Extremely thorough service. Recommended additional needed repairs and completed all work efficiently. EXPLAINED IN DETAIL ALL REQUIRED REPAIRS. John's Sanitation, South Lyon - prompt polite staff helped arrange the proper service level and scheduling. We were given a wide time window, but I also received a courtesy call the day of the appointment providing advanced notice that the crew would arrive in 30 minutes. The one-person crew, DANIELLE, handled everything very professionally. Her efficiency revealed her level of experience, and she explained what she was doing and why, as well as shortcuts to avoid that can cause issues later. She was extremely thorough and respectful of property, including pumping from the road to minimize wear and tear on our driveway with the large heavy tank truck, restoring everything (plugs, risers, caps, sod) to the way it was before. Danielle did a thorough and professional job of cleaning our Septic Tank. She was friendly, listened to our concerns, and was great with communication. The phone is answered and scheduling is easy.

We just had our septic pumped and the lady (Danielle) was amazing! She was super helpful with information on how to maintain our tank until we need to pump it again. When they came three years ago (Gary) was also really helpful and even installed a riser for us and did an amazing job! Seriously the best company ever!
