This is a furniture store for those that value customer service, higher quality, and recognize that a slightly higher cost (but more than reasonable) can result in a tremendous increase in satisfaction. This is not a giant store, it is a focused store with a highly refined inventory. They are a joy to work with in terms of sales and delivery and the patience and knowledge I observed was beyond expectation. I, frankly, will just buy furniture when I need it from Ten Penny because they demonstrated that their knowledge of furniture is developed to the point that Kevin was able to show us what we wanted without us actually knowing what we wanted. Just purchased a sofa and matching loveseat which was delivered today. We could not be happier! Quality and color is excellent as well as the service we received from the owner, Kevin and delivery staff. We had a very nice experience and plan on purchasing additional furniture here in the future.
