I've been meaning to leave this review! I've worked with Johnson Air for my AC needs for the last - 3 years or so. I had a small issue then a really big one that they took care of - they're quick, professional and although AC "stuff" is expensive (understandable), they aren't unreasonable. I had a few other AC companies quote me before I called Johnson Air, and those "other guys" gave me very long and very pricey lists of what needed to be done. I'm not an HVAC expert, but it just didn't sound right. The scheduler on the phone is friendly and professional. Michael, their tech, has always been professional and upfront with me. He never left me feeling like they were taking advantage of me because I'm a woman. I say that because one of those "other guys" even said I could call him back onc

Michael was great! He brought another guy to help, but not sure of his name. My AC wasn't working, and after calling 4 different places, explaining that I had animals in the house that were in danger from the heat, he was the first and ONLY one who said they could be there in an hour [everyone else was the next day). They not only beat the price that I was previously quoted by another company, but also did it in less time that the previous company had quoted. I will definitely be using Johnson Air for all my future AC needs!

Fast response. Fast Fix. Great Service. Decent Price. Micheal was our HVAC specialist. He was respectful, kind, courteous. He also knew how to evaluate and fix our system quickly and had a new part with him. We were so thankful.
