Pam is such a Godsend. I have used other cleaning companies in the past and have never been completely satisfied. I'm SO glad I found Pam. She is the BEST. Pam is professional, reasonably priced, trustworthy, thorough, reliable and does a great job. She is very proactive and handy, she fixes whatever she sees is broken and takes such pride in her work. I trust her completely and liked her instantly.

I honestly hate leaving bad reviews, but the situation was extremely hurtful. I contacted her to get a quote for a home. At first she was really nice and responsive. She ended up having to go out and I gave her a lockbox code so she could access the house for a quote. The day she was supposed to go out, I never once herad from her. Nothing telling me she was on her way, or that she had been there. So I gave her the benefit of the doubt and waited till later that evening to contact her. I asked her if she had a chance to go out and look at the house, and her response was "yes". I responded with "OK"??? Thinking there would be a follow up conversation, a quote, something helpful. But absolutely nothing from her. I was kind enough to again giver her the benefit of the doubt and I even waited
