Spoke with Mr Johnson directly and he was nice, but he went on vacation and had someone in his office modify plans we had purchased and she botched everything up. He was supposed to fix them, but we are still finding errors and don’t have the plans we asked for. Very disappointed in this company

Apparently these guys are snobs and don't have time for a simple question. How hard is it to take 5 minutes to help someone? I guess when you have your regular clients you can blow off anyone e with just a question.
