As far as I'm concerned, Johnson City Heating and Air are #1. In the middle of a particularly bad cold snap, our gas furnace stop working. As luck would have it, we were planning a dinner gathering that evening. Johnson City Heating and Air came out promptly and fixed the problem immediately. Ed is super nice and knowledgeable. They are tops in my book!

Highly recommend Ed and his team at Johnson City Heating and Air. They replaced my 28 yr old unit with a new Amana unit. I can tell a huge difference. Ed is great to work with. The office workers are very friendly and helpful and install team did a great job and cleaned up the area when they were done. I trust them to get the job done at a fair price.

I do not often leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. My outside heat pump unit stopped working, and someone doing work on my house referred me to a relative that had a heating & air business. They came out the next day and advised that the compressor was bad. It needed to be replaced, and perhaps the whole system. Thousands and thousands of dollars. I prayed about it for days. There was no way I was spending that kind of money without a second opinion, and my gut instinct was telling me to be leery of this individual's business ethics anyway. I asked my son if he knew anyone and he referred me to the company that his boss uses - Johnson City Heating & Air. I called Ed Ritsko on Tuesday afternoon and he was here on Wednesday. I cannot say enough nice things about him.

I will use no one else. Ed and his crew are fastidious, clean, punctual and the attention to detail is unbelievable. If you are shopping prices just call any Chuck with a truck, but if you want quality and expert installation call Ed at JCHA.
