A simple internet search for local contractors led me to Josh Johnson, and I cannot recommend Johnson Construction and Remodeling more highly. My entire project experience was positive, start to finish. Josh contacted me within 24 hours of my web inquiry and within days visited my home to discuss and scope the project. He immediately understood my general concepts, turned my broad ideas into a detailed proposal and then ultimately project schematics. Josh was creative in suggesting design options, routinely offered cost-saving alternatives, and made selecting finishes easy. Johnson Construction & Remodeling helped us build the large deck of our dreams. Josh, the owner carefully listened to our requests and immediately visualized the concept that we were looking for. He gave us detailed blueprints and help us understand exactly the scope of the project. The final product was exactly as he designed and what we dreamed for. The new deck has become an extension of our house and a place where we spend a lot of family time during the nice weather. We highly recommend Josh and his team for any deck or remodeling project.

Josh and his crew just built a beautiful new front porch and back deck on our house. We have nothing but good things to say! Josh was priced fairly, easy to work with, communication was excellent, and his craftsmanship and attention to detail was amazing. I had the pleasure to witness the amazing job performed by Josh and his team at their last project in Millville, a complete remodeling, new kitchen with granite and recessed lighting, new baths, etc. Now this town has a nice house and soon a lucky buyer will have a beautiful home. Incredible company and craftsmanship! We run a martial arts school and they built us a half wall so strong people can run up and jump off it :) they did our entire build out, great value, honest workers and they were able to accommodate all our wierd requirements. I would give six stars if I could!
