Johnson Hardwood does not stand by their product. We have lived in our new build home for 3 years. Johnson Hardwood claims to have a 25 year warranty but when our flooring starting chipping/flaking they would not stand by their 25 year finish warranty. They claim to produce durable product. It is not durable and the quality is questionable. 1. We as homeowner had to provide our excess boards to their team to proceed with testing. The testing provided is not accurate for many reasons and Johnson fails to acknowledge responsibility. 2. They refuse to confirm if the board purchased for all our flooring in our home is from the same production line/lot. They cannot confirm this because they do not have a traceability system in place. For accurate testing a board from each lot/production line

They rejected my LVP warranty claim based on pictures. They said it’s in line with deflection of the subfloor. No call for questions just denied with general non-specific verbiage. They offer a lifetime warranty and this floor is 3-1/2 years old. Here’s pictures of zero subfloor deflection and their failed product. This is just a few spots. Their edge locking system failed. This product does not pass industry standard testing of ISO 4918 and F2199. They refuse to admit it’s faulty and have settled out of court on many occasions. They do not stand behind their product.
