Johnson HVAC came out fast after our furnace bit the dust. Shaun had our new system installed same day. Would recommend!

They sent 4 guys one of which was the owner. They cut a hole in the side of my new $7000 dollar trane unit. The hole was because the didn’t bring enough ducting to do the job correctly. Then they patched the hole and ran out of duct tape so it was not sealed the hole was 8 bye 18 inches and above the A coil. The patched over it because the vent blew over the coil instead of through it. I have pictures. I new it was not right and got ZERO FROM THE OWNER WHO DEFENDED THE WORK. I have had 2 companies look and both say not right and worst they have ever seen. LESS THAN ZERO SATISFACTION AND STILL UNRESOLVED

We are happy customers of Johnson H&C. Their recommendations as how to solve our problem were really good. In addition, we decided to go ahead and have them replace our rather old furnace at the same time. They got the entire job done in one day and were just plain great. They are local, did real good work and solved our issue.

My water heater wasnt working and I noticed some leaking from the tank. Within a couple hours of my call, I had someone out to inspect my unit. I ultimately needed it replaced, and they were able to get back out the next business day to get me swapped out. The price of a new heater and labor was very reasonable, and I'm happy to know it includes a great service and parts warranty. Glad I found a trustworthy hvac company nearby. Thanks again, Shaun!

Very professional family owned business in our community. I received additional bids to replace my system and he was very straightforward with the system I needed. The install went smooth and they finished the same day. So glade I took the time to do business locally. 😊
