We love our new air conditioner and thermostat! Our home is extra cool and comfortable. Mike and Jacob worked hard to give us the best customer service possible. Just had our ac replaced with this amazing company. They have been taking care of us for the last 25 years and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service they have provided us. My mother-in-law passed away this past Sunday, and her unit died on Monday while family was in from out of state setting affairs. We started with Penguin Air, who's tech was very arrogant very unprofessional. They gave a quote for $2800 to replace a blower motor. Off of the recommendation of my mother-in-law's neighbor, we called Johnson Refrigeration. The lady who answered the phone was so helpful and willing to work with us. She was very patient as the situation was described. The tech that arrived - Keith, was very courteous and professional. He explained the blower motor is one that is one of the most expensive on the market, but also gave an option to use a less efficient blower motor setup.
