I called on Monday to ask about a repair for my dishwasher. Mr Johnson was super nice, very informative and seemed genuinely interested in helping me. He took all of my information and stated he would be at the house the following day, barring other emergent calls, understandable as a dishwasher isn't urgent, and would call to let me know a specific time. Tuesday, no phone call. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, no phone call. Not cool! Prior to calling, I already had an appointment booked for Friday with a larger company, which I cancelled after talking with Mr. Johnson. I opted in favor of a local, family-owned operation based on high recommendations and the fact that I could get the repair completed sooner with Mr Johnson (so I thought). I had an emergency when my fridge went out. Mr. Johnson was responsive and got me in ASAP! Very fair price and really professional. I will always use him for my appliance repairs and will suggest to him to whomever needs his service!

The staff at the office and the technician are very kind and compassionate. After 3 and 1/2 months working with another appliance company who could not fix my washer, Greg, from Mr. Johnson appliance and Amazing Grace Appliance was able to figure out the problem and I now have a washer again! They are great!

I recently, in May 2016, needed repair done to my Kenmore Side by Side Refrigerator. Before I chose Johnson's Repair, I called others to get estimates for repair & opinions. Some very Rude over phone, some over priced for "trip charge" and hourly. After speaking with Mrs. Johnson at Johnson's Repair; Johnson's was my choice to call for service. I am happy I followed my instincts. Kevin Johnson was our repair service provider. Kevin Johnson was HONEST, Prompt, efficient, courteous, patient, Kind, Professional & mostly Knowledgeable!
