From initial contact and quote from Victoria to our coordinator Lorrie and amazing driver Henry it was a great experience moving our family from Colorado to Florida. Guys in Colorado were exceptional in helping pack our oversized items with care. Flordia delivery team was efficient and had everything unloaded and reassembled in less than 2 hours.

Mixed bag. The important thing is, the job ultimately got done, but with conditions, expenses, and difficulties that were hidden from us at the outset, and ... most important: with outright refusal on Johnson's part to answer basic questions about terms when asked. The movers themselves did solid work, but the people behind the desks were not forthright or professional, and they treated us with backhanded disrespect, even though we were consistently straightforward and courteous to them.

What a great team we had for our move. Jerome, Mitch, Devin, Hector, Issac, and Layne were helpful and listened to any concerns we had. Thank you for your great work.

Was giving one price, then had 2 additional charges sent to me. The moving team them self's were amazing. The back office is a crap shoot. Id recommend finding a local company that is upfront and honest. 3 prices over a single move 20 mins away is ridiculous. I even requested information and nothing would be sent via email. Only wanted to make phone calls. A standard sign of a company who doesn't want a paper trail to be held accountable too. I signed an invoice with the movers on site, and then was told that wasn't binding. So just waste of paper. Update *** not even BBB accredited. Joke of a company!

Highly recommend. I always moved my own stuff, but on a recent move from Denver to DC I decided to get some quotes on hiring movers. When I moved the Denver the Uhaul cost me $4,000 so I assumed it would be a lot more. After talking to Ethan at Johnson I was shocked at how affordable this move would be. Movers came to my place in Denver, loaded up to containers, and two weeks later delivered my belongings in DC. The movers in both locations loaded and unloaded, disassembled and assembled my furniture and were super professional. All in $3900 (including tips). Nothing arrived broken, damaged, or missing. During the entire process, my moving specialist Nata kept me up to date and made the process so easy. I have no plans on moving any time soon, but if I did, I’d definitely use Johnson. I
