I have ordered parts here twice and both times they were able to get the part I needed when others couldn't. I gave 3 stars because both times I ordered a part they were supposed to call me when it came in so I could go pick it up. Both times my part arrived and I was never called, both times I called after and was told my part had been there for days, the last part I ordered was delivered to them 4 days after I ordered it but I did not find out until 11 days later when I called to see when my part would be in . Good people working at this place , but when my parts get in I shouldn't have to wait a week or more to be told , especially since I have to pay in advance everytime!!

Lori is the best. Super knowledgeable, super friendly and stocks parts that are also made an America and will let you know what’s made in America. There’s a difference going to a small mom and pop store versus a major retailer . I will always come back and only use them for all of my HVAC needs.

Great Customer Service but they must be used to charging Dow Chem. & others. I Went to buy an AC Run/Start Capacitor that sell online at Amazon or many other places for $6.. They were charging almost $50 for same product!! Not me! I left & ordered the same $6 Capacitor. Definitely will not use this high dollar place in future
