Zimmerle Floors

We decided to replace the flooring in our home. Someone had mentioned they liked Zimmerle Floors, so we stopped by. They are very knowledgeable about their inventory; and give their honest opinions regarding the products we were checking out. Jynnifer came by and measured our home and helped us decide exactly what we wanted. She has been very dedicated to making sure we will be happy once it's done. We had to put it off for a bit because of a trip, but I'll add to this once the job is completed, and include photos.

Our initial plan was to replace old carpeting in our living and bed rooms. We really went to Zimmerle Floors because they were nearby, and figured we would start there. We have not been disappointed. They were very attentive to what we were looking for and showed us various options. They provided several samples to take home and, after a couple of intersections, we were able to decide on the engineered wood flooring. We had to delay installation for a while because of travel plans, and they were very accommodating in holding the flooring material for us. Upon starting the project, we added removing ceramic tile around our fireplace and installing stone material instead. Long story, but we had to also replace the fireplace. Our general builder/contractor hired Zimmerle for our beach house flooring, tile and bathtub/shower products and installation 9.5 years ago and we were utterly impressed. We just finished replacing carpet in the three bedrooms of our primary residence with herringbone laid porcelain tile, fresh paint on doors, walls, ceilings and trim and complete remake of primary bathroom and closet. We could not be happier with their recommendations and implementation. They subbed out to Westfield Construction for the demo, cabinets, drywall, closet build out, painting and replacement of all hardware on doors. Again, could not be happier. Working with Jynnifer and Karen’s teams was beyond wonderful. Highly recommend.

Very pleased with the tile that was installed in our living room a couple months ago. The associates in the show room were knowledgeable and helpful. The pricing was competitive and schedule was as advertised; any changes or adjustments were clearly communicated. The installer did excellent work and quickly too. Would definitely return for any future flooring needs.
