Johnson's Electric Service

I searched for an electric company in the Lawton area that had an A+ rating with the BBB. I called and made an appointment for my mother’s home and Oustin did an amazing job of locating the issue, repairing the problem, explaining what caused the issue and future options if my mother wanted to have them done. He explained that it was not necessary and completely optional. I would recommend Johnson’s Electric to anyone. From making the appointment to the actual completion of the service, my mother was in very capable hands. Thank you, Oustin and Johnson’s Electric!!

This is one of the most unprofessional business in the area. Back on 24 March the Staff Dustin came out to do an estimate on electrical work. That costed me $89.00 just for that. So I scheduled to have the work done on 3 April between 1:00 and 3:00 Pm. I waited to call after the scheduled time. Talked to Tony and she state Dustin was out getting the part. So she said she call back to reschedule but never called back. Tony stated that they were having a hard time finding the part. I called around as a non contractor and found the items were not in short supply. I will highly recommend not to use Johnson Electric because of their unprofessional way of handling this.

I had Johnson's electric come out to a house I'm selling to give me an estimate on the repairs from an inspection report. They completely ignored my comments on what needed to be done and quoted me on unnecessary items. Attention to detail is important in any industry, next time take the time to read the email and not just download the inspection report.

We were having problems with our breaker. They came out, barely assessed the situation before determining it was the circuit breakers that needed changed. Each breaker was $120 each so they said. I checked home depot and they were only $30/each. The same day, the breaker continued to flip in the bedroom. We called them, they sent someone out the next day. They found a 1cm piece of extra ground wire. They said it was that and the wires were too close together. They billed us again. A few days later the breakers flipped again in the same location. I called, the receptionist was rude and unprofessional despite me being polite. I was straightforward in telling her we paid $600 so far for the same problem to be fixed. I had certain needs to my travel trailer while parked at my home. Since there was a welding plug existing, I need at 30amp service times 2 both with different plugs. The electrician (Mike) kept it affordable and recommend a series of plugs for each piece of equipment that I have. It has worked beautifully and I would definitely recommend Johnson Electric for all of my electrical needs.
