They instantly followed up to my inquiry on replacement of existing equipment. A tech came out the next day, and provided a full run down on everything I’d need. I had a quote in hand the next day and then received continuous follow up from Allison and Albert daily, answering any and all of my concerns. Once I agreed to the install, they were at my house within a few days. The install techs were super knowledgeable, timely, friendly and patient with my constant questions. I have had my gate from Johnsons for several years now, i love my gate so much and all that they did to make it happen. Very happy, But i also want to add, Continued service with with them is the icing on the cake, as living in Fl, we have storms , crazy weather that can cuase branches to fall and many more unexpected situatons that can mess things up, but every single time i give Alison a call or message for service, immediatly i am on the schedule and thing are fixed ASAP, They have great Service and repair and Cody does an outstanding job of getting things fixed quick, explains it all and very trustworthy!! I purchased a custom gate with Liftmaster opener that was installed in later October 2025. Just had an issue with the operator not fully closing. They came out and found the bolts were holding the opener were loose. They tightened the bolts and dusted the gate correctly, maybe here 10 minutes. Says the service charge would be $185.00. I called and expressed my dissatisfaction with the bill as it was an installation issue, in my opinion and I tried to discuss this with her and she said I was yelling at her and told me I could have another gate company due any service or warranty work from now on. They got my money, $7,000.00 and now they don't care. I would not recommend this company at all.

Albert has been fantastic from when I emailed the photos of the previous gates before Dorian destroyed them and the dimensions between the pillars, during the installation and after the sale. All completed over the phone and through emails fro Pittsburgh. When I arrived in Fla. to pick them up the were an exact replica of the previous gates but nicer. Thank you!

You will NEVER find better quality and service than Johnson's Gate Openers owners and staff. As a single senior woman they have serviced and comforted my every little whim regarding my gate. They are truly supportive and stand behind their work. They DO NOT install and haul, they are ever ready to respond to any concerns or questions major or minor. Any small issues that I have had have been my own doing. They are great!
