Johnson's Heating & Air Conditioning

The team installed a zoning interface on my boiler system that now allows me to control temperatures by zone instead of heating the entire house at once. The installation was straightforward and well explained. I haven’t had enough time yet to measure cost savings, but prior to this upgrade I was heating the entire home at a cost of about $450 per month. I plan to update this review after receiving my first full bill post-installation.

Everyone I encountered was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They were amazing from start to finish. I highly recommend them and will use them for all of my heating and cooling needs moving forward. They installed Mitsubishi ductless heating and cooling in my older home. I have hot water heat and will be using it primarily for cooling, but they are quite and definitely put out a good amount of heat. With regard to price, you get what you pay for. They were not the cheapest, but I chose a higher quality product than some were offering. In fact, they offered a less expensive product. The working were professional and knowledgeable. They answered any questions I had and consulted me whenever needed. But they were also quite and respectful, which was important since I work from home.

The technician arrived on time and knew the history of the furnace and ducts in our home going back many years. He was extremely knowledgeable having worked in the field for 35 years. The furnace was checked and a major part that starts the furnace was replaced. The efficiency of the furnace was then checked bringing it up to 82% efficient. This is a very old oil furnace and I was grateful it could be repaired. The technician was very personable and put the furnace and air conditioner on a regular schedule for maintenance going forward. I could not have asked for a better outcome! Many Thanks!

Installation crew was on time and very thorough and professional. They answered all my questions. Before I even bought the new furnace from Johnson's Heating, their estimator (Bob) arrived at my house on time and explained all my options but did not pressure me to buy a new furnace from them. Their professional manner and no high pressuring me convinced me that I made the right choice in going with Johnson's. And the furnace works great and is a lot quieter than my old one. I would recommend Johnson's for your heating and cooling needs.

Bubba has been servicing our furnace and air conditioner for several years now. He is absolutely GREAT!!! He does a thorough job and is very personable. I ask for him every time I schedule our yearly service. My only issue I have is that I wish they would quit trying to sell me something. I even had one of the bosses stop over while Bubba was doing the service and told me about "new things" to purchase. I am fine with being made aware of the new products you have to offer, give me a brochure or literature, but I don't need estimates on purchasing them. If I want them, I will call you. Just my opinion.
