I cannot remember the office lady's name but she was the absolute kindest woman. My experience was about two months ago I went in and she gave me the most helpful information about energy assistance which I did not think I qualified for because of my yearly salary but she looked into it right there and found out I fell just below the guideline and helped me apply. My fuel tank was empty so they we able to get me an emergency delivery as fast as possible. I was worried about the position of my fuel tank, as another company had problems reaching the fuel tank and ultimately told me they couldn't fill it. The delivery driver was wonderful and had no problem reaching the tank. There was also a ton of snow in my yard and he didn't seem to have any problem with that either. Highly recommend this

Without Google maps I would never have found this business. The workers are nice and I've never had a problem but they're located in the middle of nowhere and have no sign on the side of the road telling you where to go. Plus, they're building is behind the building of a different business, which also doesn't have a sign outside.

Top Oil is great! I will order oil from them from now on! Jim is great and very personable! 10/10
