Trevon and his team were SO helpful! We had a question about an install from two years ago and I was amazed at how helpful they were! We definitely will be working with them in the future for any HVAC issues. :)

We have a house in Sumter and was not get to Sumter from Charleston and call someone who lives in Sumter And asked who would he recommend that would do the work right and he gave me Mr Johnson number the whole transaction went so smooth that it left a great impression on me and to know that if I needed something that I would not have to take that road trip .I would just have to make that phone call. I have dealt with many business and contractor thru the years again this was the best.

they are very unporfessional and yes he don't know how to talk to people he came to my house he was drunk and felling over in my house.Mr Johnson have a nasty mouth.

The owner, Mr. Jimmy Johnson is extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. He installed a new HVAC unit for my mother in April and it already leaked and damaged her ceiling our inspection, which was photographed and videod, found that the pan was tilted in the wrong direction and not wired. Mr. Johnson was very short and uncaring on the phone and when we finally got him to agree to come over, he entered my elderly mother’s home yelling. His behavior frightened my 4 year old granddaughter and she hid under my mother’s table. BEWARE of this company!!!!

Call for repair of my AC on a Sunday.Mr Johnson came within 30 minutes,he figured out my problem and let me know what was the issues and what it would cost me to have it repaired and then fixed the issue in less than and hour and was on his way.His customer service skills was excellent.
