Jimmy was pleasant, and arrived early. The problem and What we do NOT like about the company is that they charged $395 for “ labor and travel fee” Without telling us before hand when they were asked about pricing. They said they serviced Dennark SC but said NOTHING About charging from the time they leave home to the time they get back and adding extra time. It was a 30 minute drive and he was there less than an hour. We asked for all pricing and he NEVER said anything about a standard travel fee of $125 that starts when he leaves until he gets home. What a rip off. This feels deceptive, dishonest , and like this company was taking advantage of the customer. You should tell customers if you charge fees ESPECIALLY BEFORE YOU COME if you say it's an area you service so they have all the in

Very friendly and professional service. I have used them twice now and I am very pleased with their speed and service. Once locked keys in my vehicle and today they made a new truck key without having to come out to my vehicle. I called them yesterday to ask if they could make a new key after our only truck key was stolen during a mugging. I gave the vehicle year, make, model and VIN # and picked up the new key the very next morning. The key fit and worked perfectly. I can't thank them enough for saving me the trouble of searching for someone to come out and make a key. I was only charged $50 +tax for the 1 key. I thought that was a great deal. I won't go anywhere else for my locksmith needs. Thank you again for such a great and easy experience.

Went to go get an impression on a lock cylinder. He was upfront and honest told me what it was missing. He said if he cut that one alone it would only operate that door. He advised a different one and now one key turns both doors.

Always able to provide the keys needed and provides highest quality service in the past when I needed a broken safe opened.
