I had just moved 3000 miles into my new home. I was exhausted after the drive and the first thing I discovered was my heat pump didn't work. This meant no air conditioning in a Carolina summer. My husband found this hidden gem online in search for our furnace and thermostat needing to be replaced. The owner communicated very well and came to look at what needed to be done and sent the quote immediately. Also, he got the parts and had everything repaired within the same week he came. His staff was knowledgeable, fast, friendly and cleaned the area they worked in after they completed the job. We’re very satisfied with the services provided and will continue to be long term customers with Ray Robinson. Once I noticed the workers faces, this company also does the maintenance for my employer in Santee and they’re always professional and friendly when they come to my job so that was an extra bonus!!

Mr. Ray was good man. He raised his son Will to be one and now he is raising his son in the same fashion. I won't call anyone else and recommend them to anyone who has havac issues.
