This is a little hard for me to believe, but I placed a call to Johnston around 8AM about my furnace not working and their specialist, Zack, was in my house in less that two hours. He was fantastic. He went over my options for repairing and replacing my furnace, and 12 hours after my phone call I had a new furnace installed, and better air flow than ever before. My head is still spinning. Zack had a great attitude and once he started working he didn't stop until the job was done, still friendly as ever after a 12 hour day. Can't believe something I dreaded dealing with turned out so well.
Highly recommend!!! They were very helpful and had amazing manners! Ten out of ten! And it was a crazy experience having someone with the same last name! 👏🏽
