Johnstone Supply

Bad business model. Johnstone supply would not sell to me because I did not have a contractor's lic (I purchased other parts from Johnstone in the past). Assembly Part was $350 in which I was willing to pay for it. It was in stock. I found the same assembly part on Amazon for $200. However, while looking through Amazon, I found the blower wheel which was the bad part of the assembly, for $20. Thank you Johnstone for saving me $330.

They would not return a water heater that did not meet the specs I needed due to it being a special order. I will not be shopping here anymore. They did tell me if they could accept the return it would be a $600 restock fee on a $1200 water heater. The return policy is awful.

Everyone at the counter is always great to speak to, helpful and always ready to assist me with my weird orders. Quick response and always pleasant to deal with. Thank you!

Contractors for over 30 years we show up because we are from out of state at their counter guy makes us go back out to our truck find paperwork for our company which he pulled up on his computer without even giving the address. Then made my technician put a mask on when he and every other person behind the counter didn't have one on. Definitely ignorant people and very rude I think I stopped at United Refrigeration from now on
