Great sales terrible help finding someone to help with install. Gave us a name of someone 2 hours away, he wanted pictures and description. Found out there was repair man 25 minutes away, called him and he was happy to come out and get us going.
Had to purchase an ignitor for my furnace, gave them the part number I needed. Insisted on looking is up themselves and had a different part number. Guess what, wrong part. Aggravating when a counter guy thinks they are smarter than the technician doing the job. First experience with them, and not a very good one.
The staff at Johnstone supply are the best. Their working knowledge of the heating cooling HVAC equipment and parts they sell is bar none.
Very helpful staff with the best price for the component I needed.. Answered all questions I had and the business was very clean.
The salesman was rude and condescending and not very helpful
