Wanted my time going there, the guy told me you don't have 3/4 pressure relief valve🤦 not a problem I'll go to White Plains where they have everything

Extremely rude service at this specific location. I’ve never had issues at other locations, but this one is a nightmare — and not just once, but every time I’ve called. One woman named Britt or Britney is unbelievably rude, and the guy I spoke to didn’t even bother giving his name. They both clearly don’t care, don’t listen, and treat customers with zero respect. He hung up on me on purpose — and when I called back, they just ignored the call. I don’t even want to call this place anymore. Unprofessional, disrespectful, and absolutely unacceptable.

The worst costumer services ever! They make you feel like you are bothering them. They think that they are doing a favor to you when you go there to spend your money.

The staff at johnstone are very good at what they do. I love the attitude they display towards their customers.The manager Tito is amazing. He treat his customers like family,willing to stay extra hours after the store is close just to make sure the customer walks out with a smile on their face. And his partners Raul and George forget about it. Its like they all was cut from the same cloth. Thanks Johnstone for all these wonderful years of exellent service. Staff are cool, and equipment and supplies they sell are definitely have cool capabilities if you install/use them well. Guys actually know their business and can help you with a product choice if you need that. If they dont have something they can order it for pick up. Very professional
