My cousin and I had an awesome experience today. We’ve been coming to Johnstone Supply for years because the service is always top-notch—they handle everything we need. Love shopping here! Plus, they’ve got an insane selection, and their products are the best quality. If I could give ’em more than 5 stars, I totally would!

I have been coming here since 2007, and everyone , including the managers provide great customer service. Never was a time that I had a bad experience... These guys treat everyone with respect. They are knowledgeable, and are very patient answering all your questions and concerns. Ignore the bad reviews, that is BS. 5 STARS is are too little for these gentlemen...

Thank you to the guys at Johnstone for the help. I just opened an account with them and I must’ve asked a million questions they were happy to answer every single one. The guy at the end was helpful in answering my questions. Johnstone is a great group of guys and they have a very knowledgeable staff. I look forward to doing more business with them. 10/10 service from them!

The last review is not accurate the guy refused to sign in and was skipped. We have a machine to sign in to stop the confusion on who is next in line. Very unfair

Horrible customer service. The guy who picks up the phone thinks he's doing you a favor of the century by uttering mumbling and incoherent conversation
