For many years this company had been one of my first gotos for parts info and to source parts for my hvac company. Highly recommend them, their staff is very helpful no matter what comes up

Ryan was a great help getting me my supplies and answering questions. You must be an hvac business, you can't walk in off the street and make purchases. This is a store for professionals, in the business.

Went to the Johnston’s Supply Tuesday November 5th stopped into the store close to 4:30pm got to the counter and the person behind the counter who was taking care of a customer told me we are closed. I’m standing in your store I just travelled 10 miles and yes I may have been a few minutes past 4:30pm. I left the store and did without heat that night at home and came back the next day and another employee was really helpful. It’s nice to be nice I guess. As I walked out of the store that Tuesday the grumpy old guy mentioned to another person screw this we will be here all night. Perhaps a slight exaggeration on the grumpy old guys part. Thought you may want to know.

the counter gut was extremely rude and the fact that they pick and choose when and whom they will sell stuff to is a huge racket .........last season they sold me stuff this season im not a contractor yada yada .......................the internet doesn't seem to have a problem selling me anything .......looks like ill be getting my parts from the internet for half the price from now on

Helped us with locating the proper parts and the install when the newer part didn't look exactly the same. Thanks a lot, would definitely recommend.
