Josh is the Man! I own a rental that has an 80 year old woman living their that has health problems. The AC stopped working, I troubleshot that the 50/5 capacitor was defective. This Woman really needs the air conditioning. I called Josh at Johnstone Supply in Hatfield 4 minutes before closing at 4:56pm. All other HVAC supply stores were already closed at 4:30pm. Most customer service people would just not answer the phone so close to the closing time. Josh answered, I told him what I was dealing with & that I would really appreciate it if I could pay by credit card for the capacitor and pick it up outside the store because it would take another 1/2 hour to get there. I told Josh I would completely take responsibility for the capacitor if it got stolen. Josh not only said he would be glad
