Easy to work with. Call and needed a defrost board for a/c unit they had in stock same day pick up. Friendly staff in and out in less then 5 minutes.
Truckers: drive in at front of building, if you pull behind you will have to back out onto the tight busy street. Plenty of space to move around when backing to dock, nice people
On behalf of Coles heating and air, Jim is the man I have seen him abandoned at the counter.Three different phone calls and still helping customers. And he's always asks whose next? This 5 star is for Jim! I love J stone and they always have what I need! But this 5 star is just for Big Jim!!!
Nathan and his team go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of. Cody and Zach are always very helpful and Lawton has even gone so far to have something delivered to his own house to make sure we had it in time for a job. Would highly recommend to anyone who asked!
