I came in during an emergency to buy an ignitor after mine failed. Every HVAC company was booked days out, and I explained that I have a newborn only days old in a cold home. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable just to purchase a single part to restore heat and protect my child. Despite understanding the situation, they refused to sell it, stating they only deal with licensed contractors, and dismissed the urgency entirely. I even offered to pay double. Multiple stores in Davenport showed the same indifference. You’d expect basic human understanding in an emergency, but instead I was met with apathy and greed over common sense and compassion. I've been in a lot of Johnstone supplies and this by far is the best one . This store is larger than any other johnstone's I've ever seen. It has a excellent tool and parts selection on the floor and very quick service behind the counter.

Superstore for all HVAC contractors. Large selection for all tools and parts for HVAC and professional, quick, and knowledgeable crew. It's a no-brainer to not come here if you're a contractor.

So I was calling around to get prices for the contractor and they wouldn't even give me prices and also would not give me stock or anything.So I can go elsewhere and i'm never ever doing business with them again

As a handyman contractor here in Quad Cities. This place is just a warehouse basically. Its not open to the public!!! Very sad. I thought money is money but guess this business doesnt want your business. NEVER GO THERE!!! Its a waste of your time, and waste of good realastate property.
