been dealing with this place for over a decade they’ve been great used to go up the street to some two birds. they were always difficult to deal with and down here. They’re just easy guys to talk to had a warranty issue they were on it took a few minutes to work it out just a great crowd. I appreciate it. Thanks, Cory. T

These guys saved my bacon today! They had the part I needed and even suggested steps to take to fix the issue and it worked!. 11/10 definitely recommend!

Can't get Ahold of anyone the Phone service is poor. when you do finally get through and ask to talk to General Manager you get put right back in the Que, which means you have to start all over. Wow what Customer Service.

I have called and reached the call center twice in 3 days for two different parts and have the woman the model number and both times she couldn’t find anything in her computer. I went to Winstel controls and they had 3 in stock. I went to Dayton Johnstone to get the other part I needed that call center couldn’t find and they had the part. Let’s do away with call center please.
